Due to the weight, size, and dimensions of this item, it must be shipped by freight. Please review the following important information regarding the shipping process:

·       Is your delivery address classified as residential or commercial?

·       Do you have equipment such as a forklift or loading dock to assist with unloading?

2.    Shipping Considerations:

·       Freight companies often charge more for deliveries to residential addresses, locations with limited access compared to business addresses, or requiring liftgate services.

·       If the delivery address is residential or lacks equipment (e.g., dock or forklift), additional shipping fees may apply.

3.    Delivery Process:

·       Freight companies typically schedule deliveries in advance.

·       If a delivery attempt is made but the customer is not present, resulting in a re-delivery, additional charges will be passed on to the customer.

4.    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

·       Items are prepared and packed for shipment by a third party.

·       If an order is canceled after the item has been packed, any incurred labor costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
